Deposit & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled appointment will be eligible for a deposit refund or transfer. Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, as this time is reserved specifically for you. No refunds are given for same-day cancellation or missed appointments. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Rebooking within 48 hours of your appointment is not allowed and will be treated as a late cancellation. No refunds are provided for appointments that are rebooked, cancelled late, or missed.
