Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sakinah Health Hub, we value your time and commitment, and we kindly ask that you respect ours by adhering to the following refund and cancellation terms:

​1. Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for completed sessions or missed appointments under any circumstances.

 

2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled appointment will be eligible for a deposit refund or transfer.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, as this time is reserved specifically for you.

  • No refunds are given for same-day cancellation or missed appointments.

3. Rebooking Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Rebooking within 48 hours of your appointment is not allowed and will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • No refunds are provided for appointments that are rebooked, cancelled late, or missed.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our time and serve all clients fairly.

4. Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be cancelled at the discretion of the practitioner.

  • In such cases, no refund or transfer of deposit will be offered.
